Projects

Here are some examples of recent projects, which DHE Solutions has completed:

• Establishing a baseline position of supplementary education in Barnet. Also demonstrated using empirical evidence that attending supplementary schools improves attainment in the mainstream. See report (Clients: LB Barnet, Barnet Children's Fund)

• Production of case studies and a tool kit for the 'Our Languages project’, which aims to develop language learning between supplementary schools and mainstream schools. (Clients: CILT, ContinYou, SSAT, SDSA)

• Conducted a baseline study of the marketing capabilities of a large Adult Education College in central London. (Client: Westminster Adult Education Service)

• Conducted surveys of Supplementary Schools in Enfield and Lewisham to produce a directory. (Clients: LB Enfield, Enfield Voluntary Action, LB Lewisham)

• Managed a project to increase pupil capacity at six primary schools in central London. (Client: Westminster CC)

• Conducted customer satisfaction surveys of staff and students for a central London college in order to inform operational and strategic planning. (Client: Westminster Adult Education Service)

• Developed database systems designed to track regeneration and education programmes and students, and monitor quality assurance.

• Developed a web based tracking system to monitor attendance and punctuality of KS4 students who attend external projects. (Client: Westminster CC)

• Developed a web based front end to capture curriculum evaluation via student and tutor feedback for a central London college (Client: Westminster Adult Education Service)

• Managed quarterly, annual and final claim returns for a variety of programmes with funding via ESF, SRB and The Cross River Partnership.
