DHE Solutions has been involved in European Union Education projects for eight years as bid writer, partnership broker, project partner and evaluator. We are linked to Schools, Universities, Adult Education Services and Voluntary sector groups, who work with us in these projects as social partners. Below is a list of projects we have been involved in. Click on the links to read more.
- MyStory (2010 - 2013) is a Key Activity 3 (ICT) project based around developing an online repository of stories from older citizens from within the EU. These stories will be recorded (in video, audio and in written format) in partnership with technically competent young people from High Schools and Universities. (The project partners are from Romania, Finland, UK, Slovenia and Lithuania) DHE Solutions is co-ordinating efforts in the UK as well as providing internal evaluation for the project.
- INTEGRA (2010 - 2012) is a Grundtvig Multilateral project which aims to work together with social partners such as migrant communities and financial institutes to create a Europe wide network of organisations to help migrants to improve integration by providing resources to improve understanding and language skills on basic financial matters. (Partners are from Lithuania, Greece, Germany, Spain, Turkey, Ireland, Netherlands, Romania, UK, Poland & Belarus)
- ITAAT (2010 - 2012) is a Grundtvig learning partnership based around sharing good practice within recent IT interventions in the field of adult training (The project partners are from Spain, Lithuania, UK, Romania, Italy, Portugal, Turkey and Poland) DHE Solutions will contribute by demonstrating the various recent technologies it uses with its adult beneficiaries.
- TOOL Tipls (2009 - 2011) was a Leonardo da Vinci - Transfer of Innovation project based around developing a common vocational English language competence assessment tool for workers in the Hospitality industry (The project partners are from Lithuania, Romania, Latvia, Finland and UK) DHE Solutions provided research and was the internal evaluator on this project.
- Office InterActors (2008 - 2010) was a Leonardo da Vinci - Transfer of Innovation project based around improving transferable key skills for office based workers. DHE Solutions was the internal evaluator on this project.
- No Child Left Behind (2007 - 2009) was a Comenius Multilateral project based around international good practice in Study Support or Out of Hours Learning. DHE Solutions was the external evaluator on this project.
- FACE IT! (2006 - 2008) was a Grundtvig Multilateral programme and involves developing a trainer-training programme to deliver family learning within the context of active citizenship. DHE Solutions provided expertise in Active Citizenship and internal evaluation.
- InterAct (2004 - 2007) was a Leonardo da Vinci pilot project aimed at improving ‘New basic skills' amongst workers in the Health and Hospitality sectors. DHE Solutions contributed to writing the bid; brokered the UK partners, and co-ordinated the UK's input.
